Booking and cancelation conditions
The following conditions are valid for all tours and services.

Booking procedure
The client can make a booking by our “booking enquiry” form or by e-mail. The booking must contain information about a certain program and price which have been agreed between Atlantic Tour Ltd. and the client beforehand. Any special requirements and medical problems should be reported by the client at the time of booking. After the full amount of the service is paid by the client, Atlantic Tour Ltd. will send in written to the client a “confirmation form” with full details of the tour, vouchers and other relevant documents if needed.

Payment
The client is required to pay 100.- euro per person non-refundable deposit for a booking to be confirmed. If the reservation includes flight ticket, we may ask the full amount of the ticket to be paid together with the deposit. Full payment should be received by Atlantic Tour Ltd. not later than 40 days prior date of arrival. If such payment is not received in due time we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If your booking is made within 40 days of the arrival date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Bank charges are to be shared between the client and Atlantic Tour Ltd.

Cancellations
All cancellations should be received by Atlantic Tour Ltd. in written. The following charges will apply for cancellations made by the client:

  • 29 to 10 days – 50 % of the total cost
  • 9 days or less – 100 % of the total cost
In each case the deposit of 100.- eur per person remains nonrefundable.
